We specialize supplying vehicles in batches of 10 vehicles in one instance or more. All prices displayed are for Ltd VAT regsitered companies with good accounts, and good credit, unless stated otherwise. If you are seeking just one vehicle you might get passed over to a sub broker, who is better suited to your enquiry.
What exactly is van contract hire?
Literally it is like renting the vehicle only much cheaper for a period of two, three or 4 years. There is a deposit to pay initally which is normally three payments down but it can be more. And a mileage is agreed and should be adhered too.
Do you get to choose the specification of the van?
Whilst you can factory order a van with considerable factory extras these generally do not increase the resale value very much, thus adding £2000 of extras on a two year deal could literally double your monthly payment on an average van. If you want toys you are better off leasing a van than contract hire. This would include extras such as Luton Bodies, tailifts, LPG conversions, dropsides tippers etc too.
Who does contract hire suit?
Generally van contract hire is best suited for established Limited companies with good accounts who are running large numbers of vehicles, 10 + .The main advantage is that the disposal of the vehicles is taken care of for you. This would suit large companies who want to run vehicles of exactly the same specification.
What do I need?
The prices in most cases are correct. Please just propose yourself via the web or fax. We are unable to offer new vehicles to anyone with the slighted hint of credit problems. However we can probally offer you a used van on contract hire, with four payments in advance.
Proofs
To get accepted we may require.
- KYC for the directors
- Company accounts
- Company bank statements (last three months) if no accounts
- Directors guarantee if the company net worth is less than 3 times the value of the vans
What is included in the price?
Road fund licence for the duration of the term. Free UK mainland delivery.

- Telematics and satellite tracking.
Running large numbers of vehicles is about control.
We supply the vehicles, the satellite tracking and the fleet software, to get your van expenditure right down. - Servicing and maintenance. We can add maintinance. Also we suggest leaving an order number with your local dealer just for routine bits and for a faster response in case or repairs.
- Replacement vans incase of accidents or breakdown
- Insurance, fuel, Road Offences etc, etc.
- Logbook holding. If you want us to adminster your fleet, logbooks, parking fines, LCG etc etc
